… it is not souvenirs stretching my suitcase pockets as I board the plane, but hundreds of business cards. While this isn’t problematic in the same way that illicit elephant tusks are, it does cause a headache nonetheless.
It is an issue I’m sure nearly every office is familiar with: how do you file these contacts in a meaningful way, allowing for both flexibility in the way data are structured and in how they can be accessed by your team?

… Finally, what is your favorite book?
In the past few years I’ve been forced to read a lot of business books about innovation, start-ups, management and marketing etc. But really, that ain’t my kind of literature at all. It’s hard to name one favorite book, but if I had to I’d say Nineteen Eighty-Four by George Orwell. Of course, in the near future my favorite book is going to be Pirunmeri – the novel by the people of Finland
