… For a start, as anyone who clicked on the link to extra detail above will know (I prefer Charlie Brooker’s analysis ), this is not something a geeky school kid is going to be able to help out with from mom and dad’s garage. And of course, if efforts to find an antidote fail, we can’t simply flick the reset button (or depending on the situation throw the computer out of a six storey window, only feeling better when we hear the sound of it smashing on the street below).
